MEET THE FOUNDER

Narges brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and genuine warmth to Ottawa real estate. Alongside her REALTOR® designation with Royal LePage, she holds a P.Eng., an MBA from Carleton University's Sprott School of Business (2004, concentration in IT Marketing), and a PhD in Information Management, also from Carleton (2014) — her doctoral research examined how government departments use social media to connect with the public.

Before real estate, Narges built a career in business and information architecture across the federal government, holding roles at Employment and Social Development Canada, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, the Department of National Defence, and Citizenship and Immigration Canada. She continues to work today as a Senior Business Architect/Advisor — bringing that same structured, detail-oriented problem-solving to every client relationship.

As Founder & CEO of Ottawa Ideal Homes, Narges specializes in residential and commercial real estate, luxury properties, new condominiums, first-time buyers, investment properties, and military and RCMP relocations — a specialty rooted in her own 20 years as a Nepean resident and deep familiarity with the moves families and service members make across the region. Her dedication to clients was recognized with a Sales Achievement Award in 2022.

Fluent in both English and Farsi, Narges is proud to serve Ottawa's diverse communities with the same care and clarity in either language. Outside of work, she's an avid traveler who has visited more than 40 countries, enjoys hiking, biking, and boating, and is a self-professed dog lover. She has also volunteered with SUTA Ottawa's Organizing Committee since 2012.

Narges's entrepreneurial energy extends beyond real estate: she is also a co-founder of PerPalate Inc., which operates BB Cafe Ottawa, a Persian-inspired café and patisserie in Nepean known for its saffron, pistachio, and pomegranate creations. The café has been featured by the Ottawa Citizen and on CTV's Your Morning, and reflects the same hospitality and attention to detail Narges brings to every client relationship.

Outside of transactions, she's known for staying closely connected to her clients long after closing day — because for Narges, real estate has always been about relationships first.
